Salesforce Architect

 Position: Salesforce Architect

Experience: 12+ Yrs of Experience

Location: Anywhere in India (Work from Home)


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with business users and BAs to understand requirements and translate to technical requirements for the team
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, products and features to provide best possible Salesforce solution using combination of configurations, automations, customizations and integrations to fulfill customer requirements
  • Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-off, and communicating design choices
  • Lead the project team and own end-to-end project delivery to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Work with Presales & BAs to estimate efforts and defining project milestones


Required Skills & Experience

  • Overall 12+ years of IT industry experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience in developing/ customizing/ implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Experience in leading Salesforce implementation project teams
  • Strong hands on experience in Salesforce configurations, automations, customizations and integrations
  • Strong hands on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, etc.
  • Good functional understanding and hands-on experience of working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is an added advantage
  • Experience with different options for Salesforce deployment (DevOps) tools would be add-on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform, products and features to understand and implement Salesforce solution 
  • Ability to use combination of configurations, automations, customizations and integrations to fulfill customer requirements
  • Ability to work independently on the Salesforce assignments / tasks
  • Mentor juniors and interns to gain better understanding of Salesforce and project requirements and develop and deliver quality deliverable


Required Skills & Experience

  • Overall 2-8 years of IT industry experience
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in developing/ customizing/ implementing Salesforce applications
  • Hands on experience in Salesforce configurations, automations, customizations and integrations
  • Strong hands on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, etc.
  • Good functional understanding and hands-on experience of working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
  • Understanding and experience with tools like CPQ, Field Service, Einstein, Dev Ops tools, etc. is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
